The VIP Upgrade Experience includes:
1. What do I get with my VIP Upgrade Experience package?
Included with the price of the package you will receive the following:

You must have a valid ticket concert ticket to attend the VIP event. To purchase a ticket, head on over to DaughtryOfficial.com or Ticketmaster.com
2. If I buy 2 VIP Upgrade Experience packages will we be seated together?
If the show is general admission, you will have front-of-line access allowing you to get priority seating. Tickets to the show are not included in the VIP package.
3. I don't see my date for sale. When will the rest of the shows go on-sale?
Daughtry's official website (http://www.daughtryofficial.com) is the best place to go to keep an eye on newly announced tour dates. Please make sure you're signed up to their email list so you can hear of any new dates first. All dates eligible for the VIP Upgrade Experience will be listed here so check back often.
4. When will I receive my VIP and goodies for the show?
You will pick up your VIP's and goodies once you check in the day of the show. Detailed instructions outlining meeting time and location etc will be posted on the http://www.daughtryvip.com website approximately 24-48 hours before each event.
5. When should I plan to arrive at the venue?
Generally speaking plan to arrive at the venue around 4:00 pm. Exact times will depend on when sound check and doors are for that evenings show. All meeting information will be posted to the http://www.daughtryvip.com website instead of emailed to you.
6. Will I meet Daughtry?
If you purchased the VIP Upgrade Experience you will have the opportunity to meet Daughtry after their soundcheck.
7. Can we bring our own item for the band to sign?
No, due to security issues you are not allowed to bring your own item for the band to sign.
8. Can we bring a camera for the photo?
Personal cameras are allowed for the soundcheck party. However, they are not permitted for the band photo. The professional photographer will take the band photos and post them to the special photo gallery approximately within one week of your show.
9. How do I get front-of-line admission for a General Admission show?
If you've purchased a VIP Upgrade Experience package, you will be at the venue early. At some point during the pre-show activities you will be advised when you can get in line before doors open for the general public. Please note
10. How long is the VIP Upgrade Experience available to purchase?
A very small amount of VIP Upgrade Experience packages will be available for purchase for select shows. They are available until all packages are sold out, or until approximately 1 week before show date, whichever occurs first.
11. I understand the VIP Upgrade Experience is non-transferable. What if I'm using someone else's credit card info to purchase a package that I will be collecting?
When you are completing the check out process please make sure to include the email address of the person collecting the tickets. They will be emailed confirmation as well as details about how to redeem their package on the night of the show.
